There are 12 official katas or forms in Okinawan Goju-Ryu. These
are listed in the table below.

	Seiunchin	To Control and Pull in Battle
	Sanseru	Thirty Six Hands
	Seipai	Eighteen Hands
	Shisochin	Four Direction Battle

	Kururunfa	Ku (long), ru (hold), run (sudden), fa (break)
	Suparinpe	One Hundred and Eight Hands
Heishu Kata Closed-Hand Kata	Tensho	Turning Palm

Note: The Rising Son has previously taught the 5 Heian katas from
Shotokan, and a beginner Goju-Ryu kata named Ju Kyu Renshu.
